Nothing much to write about today. Seems like a peaceful day for me. All the incoming calls are decent enough, didn't get me all worked up at all. Really a peaceful day for me. Remember about the phone/call routing post that I put up the other day over HERE ?? Well, it seems to me that today, I'm the "beneficiary" for that system on a fine day like this. And guess what? My last call for the day was actually 3 hours before my shift duty ends. Ahhh, everything ends well today.
